Product Overview
Lee Industrial Micro Hydraulic (IMH)
Industrial Microhydraulics (IMH) components from The Lee Company accommodate the high-volume production, performance and cost requirements of automotive, industrial hydraulic and medical applications – while maintaining Lee’s high standards in quality, reliability and customer service. IMH offers insertable solutions for Pneumatic & Hydraulic system design.
- Valves supplied as inserts for metal or plastics installations.
- All valves are 100% performance tested
- Maximum working pressure upto: 4000psid (for metal inserts)
Metal Manifold installation
- Lee insert style locking end
- Lee insert style locking end
- Designed to retain product and seal for bypass leakage in metal manifolds without use of sealants, seals or threading
- Lans and groves expand during installation making multiple sealing points
Plastic Manifold installation
- Interference fit to retain and seal products in plastic manifold
- Ribbed body allows for multiple sealing points
- Compatible with many plastics with sufficient elongation (Nylon, Polypropylene, Acetal, PEEK and Polyethylene) or soft tubing
IMH Group’s Product Line
Check / Relife_Valves
- Valves are available in metric sizes ranging from Ø2.5, Ø5.5 and Ø8mm.
- All Stainless Steel Constructions.
- Custom solutions available
Orifices/ Restrictors - For Gas or Liquid
- Zero leak
- Shuttle valves
- Side exit check
- High pressure poppet relief valve
- Medical grade SS316
Lee BetaPlugs
- Plugs drilled holes without the use of threads, o-rings or sealant
- Designed for installation into tapered hole, ideal for cast manifolds
- Wide range of sizes offers design flexibility (4 to 20 mm diameter)
- Leak tight on helium
Safety Screen
- Available in mesh sizes between 4 and 300 Microns.
- Size available 2.5 to 12mm diameter.
- Constructed of stainless steel woven wire mesh.
- Rated for pressures up to 24 MPa
Air Bleed Orifice
- Micro precision orifice (~0.05 mm) allows air to pass, but restricts most oil flow
- Improves system efficiency and eliminates “spongy” feel
- Reduces system losses by up to 99% vs. traditional drilled hole
- Integral screen to protect orifice from clogging
Vent Valve
- Normally closed valve that vents trapped air during system priming.
- Improves system efficiency by removing trapped air, improved system reaction time.
- Ideal for green runs to remove trapped air
IMH Group’s – Dual function Valves
Restrictor Control Valve
Combines a restrictor in series with a check valve
Restricts flow downstream of check valve, creating larger pressure drop
Flow Control Valve
Combines a restrictor in parallel with a check valve
Allow thermal pressure to vent or slow retraction of a damper
Check / Relief Vlave
Combines a restrictor in parallel with a relief valve
Protects system from over-pressurising
