Product Overview

Control Solenoid Valves

Lee Company highly reliable fixed and variable volume dispense pumps are ideal for positive fluid displacement applications in diagnostics, including reagent dispensing, aliquoting, probe washing, and sample preparation. Their ultra-fine resolution enables high precision volumetric aspirating and dispensing with exceptional accuracy. These pumps are maintenance-free and have an extensive life, so you can minimize downtime and position the pump where the system’s fluidics dictate, regardless of accessibility.

LHD Series Solenoid Valves

3-way HDI (High Density Interface) platform and are optimized for applications that demand ultra-low power, low heat, and small size. These valves are ideal for compact, battery powered pneumatic instruments such as portable oxygen delivery systems, environmental gas samplers, and other OEM flow switching devices. The rugged materials used help to ensure consistent long-term performance. The valves typically operate upto 250 million cycles on air, depending on the seal material and applications parameter. There are different versions for variety of applications.

Micro Insert Valves (2-Way / 3-Way)

The LFR Series are 3 way valves provide precise dispensing and control of even the most sensitive of aggressive fluids over a wide range of fluid handling applications. Typical applications include medical and scientific instrumentation and liquid chromatography. Porting options include ports for push-on connection of 1/16″ ID flexible tubing, 1/4 – 28 Flat Bottom Boss for Teflon microbore tubing, or manifold mounting.

The Vacuum Rated LFV Series MIV is a 2-way, normally closed, chemically inert solenoid valve that is ideal for fluidic circuits that will see both positive and negative pressures, such as pump inlet/outlet valves. The fluidic side of the valve is isolated from the coil and plunger by a chemically inert PFE (FFKM) membrane. Chemically inert, isolation style solenoid valves with zero dead volume used to flow aggressive fluids.

Lee Y-Valve

The Y-Valves (LFY Series) are chemically inert solenoid valves that provide precise dispensing and control of even the most sensitive or aggressive fluids over a wide range of applications. This family of valves incorporates minimal internal volume with superior chemical inertness, using a proprietary internal pinch tubing design. This valve is ideal in critical applications in the diagnostic, analytical and research fields. Valves are available in several different porting options. These include 1/16″ soft tube, 062 and 156 MINSTAC and 1/4-28 flat bottom for use with Teflon tubing and manifold mount.

Xover Valve

XOVER® is an inert, internal pinch-tube isolation valve. It was designed to minimize reagent consumption, improve throughput, and maintain the vitality of cells. Available with ¼-28 flat bottom or 062 MINSTAC® fluidic ports, Xover boasts low internal volumes and a smooth, low shear, easily flushable fluid path on all models. The 3-way features an innovative Y-shaped elastomer tube, which offers ultra low carryover volume when switching between fluids. This tube also allows for single-plane flow through the valve, keeping fluid flow laminar and minimizing mixing. Unlike traditional external pinch valves, Xover is durable across a long life and switches consistently in less than 40 ms. It is ideal for applications in flow cytometry, gene sequencing, spatial biology, microbioreactors and analytical chemistry.
