About The Lee Company: Sealing Plugs
The Lee Company’s first-ever product was the Lee Plug®, a product developed to solve a specific customer problem. In the 70+ years that have followed this invention, Lee Company have continued to create and develop new, innovative, and groundbreaking products to solve customers’ problems.

Lee Plugs
- No need for O-rings, threads, or sealants. It is removable.
- Proof pressures exceeding 30,000 psid
- Sizes between Ø0.093” and Ø0.656”, Metric size 2.5mm to 8.0mm
- Available in Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Monel, Titanium or MP35N
- High Strength version available
- Only qualified Boeing or SAE expansion plug
- Burst plug version is available, burst pressure from 3000 – 15,000psid, size from 0.250” to 0.531”

- Size available Ø0.156” to Ø0.875”
- No Downward Pressure During Installation
- No Support Shoulder Required
- Ideal for Thin Wall Applications
- Easily removable
A.F.O Plugs (Axial Force Only)
- Size available Ø0.190” to Ø0.750”
- Reusable – allows easy access to sealed passageways
- Seals to 56,000 psi
- Usable to 600°F
- All CRES construction – No sealants or O-rings. NACE compliant material available
- Floating seal self-aligns – prevents galling
