Lee micro dispensing valves are designed to dispense small volumes of liquid ranging from nanoliters to milliliters. It feature high-speed operation that delivers drop-on-demand performance to accurately regulate fluid flow. The compact design enables dispensing valves to be easily integrated into the tightest spaces. High pressure and high-temperature capabilities allow viscous fluids to be accurately dispensed, and chemically inert materials increase compatibility for use with aggressive fluids.
Lee micro dispensing valve are state-of-the-art dispensing solenoid valves featuring chemically inert materials and providing ideal drop-on-demand performance. With response times as fast as 250 μs, and droplets as small as 10 nanoliters, these valves can perform at a frequency as high as 1 kHz. The high-speed operation of these valves enables the accurate metering and regulation of fluid flow. Offered with integrated precision orifices or with Lee MINSTAC® connectors to attach a dispensing nozzle, these valves can be easily integrated into new and existing dispensing systems.
