CONTROL VALVES

High Density Interface3-way HDI(High Density Interface) platform and are optimized for applications that demand ultra-low power, low heat, and small size. These valves are ideal for compact, battery powered pneumatic instruments such as portable oxygen delivery systems, environmental gas samplers, and other OEM flow switching devices. The valve requires only momentary (10 msec maximum) pulses of current to switch state resulting in a 5.5 milliwatt-sec per switch. The polarity of voltage on the terminal pins controls the switched position.
  • Magnetically Latched Solenoid Valve
  • Ultra Low Power Consumption & Heat Dissipation (5.5 milliwatt-sec per switch)
  • Reliable Bi-Stable Switching
  • Compact Size
  • Available in 5, 12 and 24 vdc models
  • Weighs less than 4.5 grams

ISOLATION VALVES

The Vacuum Rated LFV Series MIV is a 2-way, normally closed, chemically inert solenoid valve that is ideal for fluidic circuits that will see both positive and negative pressures, such as pump inlet/outlet valves. The fluidic side of the valve is isolated from the coil and plunger by a chemically inert PFE (FFKM) membrane. This prevents metal contact with the fluid and reduces heat transfer from the coil to the fluid.
  • Wetted materials: PFE and PEEK
  • Low power: 1.4 watts
  • Continuous duty
  • Internal volume as low as 11 microliters
  • Zero dead volume
  • 60 ms response time
  • Pressure range: 25 inches Hg vacuum – 20 psig
  • Operating life: 5 million cycles minimum
